The company has received four nominations in the category of Event Cinema Campaign of the Year with nods for global box office smash, BTS: BURN THE STAGE; Coldplay: A Head Full of Dreams; They Shall Not Grow Old and Trafalgar Theatre Productions’ The King and I, filmed live from the iconic London Palladium.
This year’s Khalid: Free Spirit fan event also received a nomination in the Gamechanger category and there’s good news for Trafalgar Releasing’s Marketing Manager, Nicola Lampard, who is nominated for the Rising Star Award.
Marc Allenby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing said: “The last twelve months have been record breaking for Trafalgar Releasing. Our nominations at the Screen Awards illustrate the hard work that the team has put in across a variety of events and campaigns; from award winning theatre productions, music documentaries, unique fan experiences and world firsts, creating exciting opportunities for audiences in the cinemas. Also, a big congratulations to Nicola for her Rising Star nod!”
The awards recognise excellence in UK film distribution, exhibition, marketing, publicity and brand partnerships.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 28 November at The Ballroom Southbank in London.
