In the event that customers are unable to attend current performances in West End theatres due to feeling ill; choosing to self-isolate; or travel restrictions, our theatres are now offering free exchanges prior to the performance.
Please only contact your point of sale if you are attending a performance in the next 5 days, as our customer service teams are currently extremely busy.
Please note, in the event of closure, you will be entitled to a full refund.
