We’d like to provide some reassurance to our customers about the preventative measures that we are taking at Trafalgar Entertainment and Trafalgar Studios to help reduce the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) at the venue.

We continue to closely monitor the developing situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and, importantly, the advice from both the UK Government and Public Health England.

At this moment in time, performances will go ahead as planned unless specific circumstances arise or there is a change in the official advice we receive. This is of course an ever-changing landscape and we will continue to consult with the Society of London Theatre (the trade association for London theatre) and follow the official guidance from Public Health England.

With this in mind, we have:

• Briefed all our staff as to the steps they should take with regard to the prevention of the spread of the virus and urged them to self-isolate and seek medical advice if they feel unwell.
• Required staff to sign a declaration to say they have read and understood our Coronavirus policy.
• Emphasised the importance of frequent and effective hand washing.
• Ensured that high contact points are cleaned thoroughly and frequently throughout each day.

The health and safety of all our employees and customers remains our highest concern and we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation as it unfolds and follow the latest Government advice.
